Reset your password

Two options to recover access to your Habivista account.

Option 1 — magic link (recommended)

1. Go to /auth/login.
2. Type your registered email.
3. Click "Send me a magic link".
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder). The link is valid for 15 minutes.
5. Click the link — you're signed in. Update your password from /profile/security if you want.

Option 2 — password reset

1. Go to /auth/login.
2. Click "Forgot password?".
3. Enter your registered email.
4. Check your inbox for a reset link, valid for 60 minutes.
5. Set a new password (minimum 12 characters, at least one number and one symbol).

Still locked out

If you don't receive an email within 5 minutes:

• Confirm you're using the email address you registered with.
• Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders.
• Add noreply@habivista.com to your contacts and try again.

If still nothing, raise a ticket at /support with your name and the email you registered with. We'll route it to the trust team.
