How to request a home insurance quote

A four-screen wizard collects your details once and shares them — only after consent — with insurers you pick.

Habivista is an introducer for Ghanaian home insurance, not a broker. You submit your details once, choose which partner insurers see them, and they reply with indicative premiums.

The four screens

  1. About you — name, contact, residency status (Ghana / diaspora).
  2. The property — address, type, rebuild cost estimate, occupancy.
  3. The cover — building only, contents only, building + contents, or tenant liability.
  4. Consent — tick the partner insurers you want, accept the consent statement.

Indicative premiums only

Every figure on the page is indicative — subject to formal application and underwriting. The actual premium is set by the insurer after a property survey or photo evidence and any underwriting questions. We label every quote that way for the avoidance of doubt.
