How to list your property on Habivista
Owners and landlords list directly; agents list on a verified-agent track. Both go through the same checklist.

Habivista accepts listings from owners, landlords, agents, and developers. The listing form is the same; the verification track differs.
What you'll need before you start
- Proof of ownership — indenture, allocation letter from the chief, or a signed letting authority if you're a managing agent.
- Ghana Card — for the listing-owner identity check.
- Photos — minimum 6, ideally 12–20. Daylight, no clutter, no flash glare on the floor.
- A title — short, specific, no all-caps shouting ("Modern 3BR with garden in Cantonments" beats "LUXURY HOUSE FOR SALE").
- Honest pricing — the asking price you'd accept on day one.
The listing flow
- Pick rent or sale.
- Enter property type, neighbourhood, beds/baths, area in sqm.
- Upload photos — drag and drop, automatically optimised.
- Add the description (200–400 words is the sweet spot).
- Upload proof of ownership for the verification queue.
- Submit. Habivista reviews within one business day.
After submission
Listings appear on the marketplace once moderation approves them. Verified listings show a green badge and rank higher in search. Unverified listings can still go live but rank lower until proof clears.
