Volta Vista Properties charges the standard Ghanaian rate: 10% of annual rent for tenancy placement (paid by the tenant), or 5% of sale price for purchases (paid by the buyer or split per agreement). All fees are disclosed in writing before you sign anything — no surprise charges.
Can I work with you remotely from abroad?
Yes. We do diaspora deals every month. 3D tours and live video walk-throughs replace in-person viewings, and our escrow + title-check workflow means you don't need to be in Ghana to close. Habivista's diaspora playbook is built into how we work.
What happens if a listing turns out to be problematic?
Every listing on Habivista is verified by us before publication — title checked, agent's licence confirmed, photos cross-referenced. If anything is off after you engage, we pull the listing immediately and walk you through alternatives. Volta Vista Properties carries professional indemnity cover for transactions arranged through us.
